- Where do I park?
- We're in the Boonsboro Road plaza beside Kroger, with free, easy parking right out front — no meters, no garage.
- Is gratuity included in the price?
- Yes. Every price on our menu already includes a 20% gratuity, so there's nothing extra to calculate at checkout.
- What is your cancellation and late policy?
- We ask for advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the time to someone else. Arriving late may shorten your treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting. Give us a call and we'll do our best to help.
- It's my first visit — how should I prepare?
- Arrive about ten minutes early to settle in. Wear something comfortable, and let your therapist know about any preferences, sensitivities, or areas to focus on. We'll take care of the rest.
- How long are gift cards valid?
- Spa 4109 gift cards are valid for one year from purchase and can be redeemed for any treatment, package, or retail product.
- Do you take walk-ins?
- We welcome walk-ins whenever we can fit you in, but booking ahead is always best to guarantee your preferred time and provider.
- Do you offer prenatal massage?
- Yes. Our Mommy-to-Be Massage is a gentle, supportive treatment for expecting guests past the first trimester.
- What is the Angel Kiss oncology facial?
- The Angel Kiss is an ultra-gentle, oncology-safe facial for sensitive or medically compromised skin. It requires physician authorization and is performed by our specially trained esthetician.
